One continuous workflow

From opening registration to delivering every judges packet

01

Open registration

Classes, date-tiered fees, payments, applications, and waitlists in one queue.

02

Build the day

Generate the schedule and publish logistics to directors, then invite judges and staff, who accept from their inbox and can sign in with Google instead of creating a password.

03

Run it live

Check-in, press-box scoring, announcements, shoutouts, and awards stay synchronized.

04

Publish once

Release public results and every director’s complete digital judges packet at the same time.

Day-of operations

Every station on campus gets its own screen.

Hand a volunteer a tablet and their whole job is on it. Every station reports back to your command center the moment anything happens — no radios crackling “has Walnut Grove checked in yet?”

The check-in table

Directors check in from the road. When the bus pulls up, your volunteer confirms names for the announcer, asks about accessibility needs, and marks the band arrived.

The press box

Judges score captions and record audio commentary on the same phone — no handheld recorders to buy, label, and collect. Totals, ranks, and ratings compute themselves.

The announcer booth

A teleprompter console cues every intro, break, paid shoutout, and sponsor ad — through the band-by-band awards ceremony script.

The cash kiosk

Walk-up fans type a shoutout or buy People’s Choice votes on the volunteer’s tablet and hand over cash. Fans who ordered from their phone just show a 6-digit code. Count the drawer at the end of the night and MusterSheet tells you if it balances.

The tab room

Your tabulator sees every judge’s status and every band’s sheets in one place, types in paper sheets, and flags any rating that needs a second look before awards. A director wants paper? Print their judges packet.

The trailer shuttle

Whoever runs the equipment trailers gets one phone screen: send trailers out to each school, bring them back, and see the trailer yard and bus lot at a glance.

The judge who wants paper

Not every judge wants a phone. Switch them to paper mode and your tabulator enters the sheets — the packet shows the director exactly how it was scored, and the audio still uploads.

The judge scoring view in the press box: caption sliders, running total, and a ready/standby status row.
What your judges use in the press box

The announcer booth, upgraded

A teleprompter in the booth. A fundraiser in the stands.

Your announcer gets a live console that always shows who’s on the field, who’s next, and exactly what to read — intros, dinner break, sponsor spots, and the full awards ceremony, band by band. And between performances, paid fan shoutouts show up the moment they’re paid, and a shoutout for a band that hasn’t marched yet waits for its turn.

  • Before the show, the announcer reads every band’s intro on Script Check and sends fixes to you to approve — no surprises at the mic
  • Fans write shoutouts right from their seats — scan the gate poster, type the message, done
  • One 6-digit code on their phone covers shoutouts and People’s Choice votes, paid all at once at your shoutout tent
  • The announcer reads, dismisses, and moves on — vendor ads rotate in automatically

Cash lands straight in your drawer. Fans pay at your shoutout tent and the night’s reconciliation report balances it for you. Card payments from the stands are coming next season, paid straight to your own account just like registration fees. It’s revenue most competitions never collect.

The live schedule on every phone in the stands

For the stands

Fans scan one poster at the gate. That’s the whole setup.

MusterSheet prints your QR gate poster. Grandparents, parents, and alumni scan it once and get the whole day on their phone — no account, no app store, no login — and your event’s own public page — venue, parking, your site map, and every food vendor’s menu — is shareable before anyone leaves the house.

01

Follow the day live

The schedule updates in real time — delays, class changes, who’s on the field, and a check-mark when each band finishes. Tap a school to see its show title, music, and soloists.

02

Send a shoutout

A few taps to write it, cash at the shoutout tent to pay for it, and the press box reads it between bands.

03

Raise money with People’s Choice

Fans pick their band on their phone or the tent’s tablet and pay cash at the tent, watching a live leaderboard that goes dark before the finish. The winner is revealed at awards.

A better ending for every director

No hunting down the host after awards.

When the host publishes, every attending director receives the same complete digital packet at once — every judge’s numbers, written comments, and recorded audio. No paper handoff, no missing packet, and no waiting until the next school day to start reviewing feedback.

It starts before the bus leaves, too. Once you publish the schedule, each director’s page becomes a one-screen briefing: their performance time, directions, arrival, the lineup, and who to call.

That experience helps your invitational recruit for itself. Directors remember the event that respected their time and delivered useful feedback cleanly.

Built for competition Saturday

Press-box ready

Judges score from the press box on phones or tablets, with automatic totals, ranks, ratings, and audio commentary.

Offline-tolerant

Stations loaded before the gates open keep accepting scores, advances, band check-ins, and cash shoutouts through a dead zone, then sync.

One live plan

Hosts, stations, directors, and the public see schedule and status changes without separate message chains.

Results you can defend

Each judge’s sheet locks when they submit. Your Tab Room checks every band, results lock behind a certification step, and any late change sends them back for sign-off before they can publish.
